  • Limited remote locations are included in our automated shipping calculations (see Zone 3 above for the list of postcodes).
  • If you are located in a remote or regional area and shipping costs are higher than expected, we recommend you check for a nearby reseller to save you the shipping costs-visit our reseller list.
  • Remote locations outside our automated shipping zones may still be shipped to at a custom shipping rate. These remote postcodes within Australia that are not included in the automated shipping calculator will be notified at checkout and prompted to contact our office for a custom shipping quote.
  • If you feel you live in a difficult to deliver to location or you have special delivery instructions please note these at checkout or contact our office 1800 80 90 36.

Due to the nature of many of our products (liquids, aerosols, and dangerous goods) we use third party courier companies to deliver our products. A street postal address is required for courier delivery, PO boxes will not be accepted. In situations where no street postal address can be supplied for delivery, alternative arrangements may be made with our sales team.

We keep our shipping charge as low as possible and only pass on the cost of third party courier shipping without any additional packing and handling fees.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within one to two working days. Delivery of ordered goods is dependent on the delivery location and third party courier company, generally 1 to 4 working days after dispatch.
You can cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our sales team via phone 1800 80 90 36. You will receive a full refund. Cancellations after dispatch of the product are not permitted. Refunds after dispatch of the product will not be granted.
If an ordered product is out of stock we will tell you when we expect to be able to deliver your order and give you the option of a full refund.
If a product is lost or damaged in transit we will send a replacement as soon as possible at no charge to the customer. In the case of a product being damaged in transit it is up to our discretion whether the product is no longer suitable for its intended use, and whether a replacement will be provided. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products after you have received them.
We are not responsible for damage to persons or property as a result of incorrect or misuse of our products. All warnings and instructions must be read and understood prior to use of our products to ensure “best results”.
